Obviously Little Caesar's is great in a pinch. However, I visited this location several times where I've had to wait for the "ready" pizzas. A friend offered up advice to download the app and order ahead to avoid waiting...for the hot & ready pizzas. So all the wiser there, but this last visit was my 1st visit since that advice, and these were my garlic parmesan wings/soup. This was about a week ago, and when I rated the app and filled out a survey about my concerns and volunteered to be contacted about my experience, I never heard from any reps. It's not the worst, but it's definitely not the best...nor does it offer the convenience it should.

Jan 15th 1:00 pm was waiting for our pizza to be made , and I noticed the lady in the back constantly washing her hands . !!! Which is awesome . !

Great pizza! Hoping there will start delivering! Today was a little disappointing since they only had 2 workers at the lunch rush. My online order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 11:15... but by Nearly noon, they were still behind. They need to staff better.

Food is always good. HOWEVER you can NEVER get through on the phone it is always busy. Or I have gone in and have to drive with 3 kids order there and wait in the car for the food to be cooked. I have mentioned in store about the phone being busy and they claim there is an issue with the phones or I have been in there and they just let it ring and ring. You cannot order online at this location either. The transaction will not complete. So although the food is good the process in order to get it is FRUSTRATING to say the least. Either hire people just to answer the phones or fix online ordering.

The last two times going there was no hot and ready pizza. And the last time I went at 6:45 there was a sign on the door saying they closed at 6:30 due to be short staffed.

Filling out the survery about your experience does no good, you get contacted & offered "compensation" for your incorrect order until they find out you spent $35 & they don't want to give you that much. I was offered $10, that I have yet to see months later. I decided to give them another try and I'm regretting it now. It's nearly an hour after time that my order was suppose to be ready that I'm waiting, along with about 20 other people, to get my food. I understand stuff happens, but when you order food at 6 pm & you're still waiting at 7:30 it's ridiculous.

Me and my wife tried to place an order at 7:57 for a supreme pizza and they told us they were about to close which they still had a little more than a hour . So they could've taken our order. I could understand if they literally was about to close but that's not the case. Its laziness. I wish I could just tell the people who I work for that "no" I'm only on the clock one more hour,I'm not going to do my job. Smh!
