I want to give a shout out to JT at the bar!!! His positive professional service was greatly appreciated! My 78yo mother could not stop showering him with compliments! He went above and beyond to make our dining experience excellent! My mom loves ice and he shaved it for her! He could do “no wrong” after that!!! Thank you JT!!!

Awful service. From the second my friend and I walked into the door, we were told to sit in the bar area. As we took our seat, the bartender looked at us and rolled her eyes, and then mouthed something to the man we sat next to. She kept smiling at him and flirting with him throughout the night, but she barely asked us for our drink order or food order. The barback, or other bartender took our food order and I had to ask for a water 4 or 5 times before he brought me one. Meanwhile, he's serving beer to other guests as soon as they ordered. He brought our $20 plate of pasta out in a to-go box and told us that it was another person's order that had ordered the same thing but cancelled the order. Completely unapologetic about it. And they did last call at 9:10pm when the place's posted hours were 10:00pm. I worked in the food & beverage industry for 10 years as everything from hostess to bartender. The level of disregard for customer service was appalling at this Uno Pizzeria. It was such a shame. So much for a nice evening out. We will not be returning here ever!
