Nazz's Pizza

I was so happy to see they delivered so late. They were out of whole wings so they called me back and went over everything with me and offered substitutes for the whole wings, made sure the order was correct several times. Didn't get the whole order I paid for so that was a bit annoying. Called back today and the lady was VERY nice, and after explaining that I wasn't there and I'm back home in Ohio, I need an actual refund of the $ spent. She didn't hesitate to rectify everything and I was able to get the refund without any hassle. The food was great! The huge large Philly cheesesteak pizza was LOADED WITH Meat! Despite the mess up with the order, their customer service and food was so good, I still give them 4 stars. Had the order initially been correct it would be 5 stars. Any time in visit Chester, I'm ordering from them again.

Terrible. I ordered food and waited over an hour for it to come and it never showed up. I tried calling and they do accept phone calls. I ordered via Slice and I finally contacted them and they said Nazz'z Pizza declined the order because they were out of ingredients, would have been nice if someone told me instead of waiting over an hour an now too late to order elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Nazz's and Slice I will never use either of you again. Terrible service

Plz dont order from these ppl. I walk in to pick up my order they gave it to the lady walking out the door and nows telling me I have to wait. That she orders the same thing.. U asked for phone numbers for a reason so plenty of ppl order the same thing it's your job to keep up not mine. One of the few places I order from since I don't eat pork. Won't be spending my dollars here
