Food had blonde hair in it & they have yet to send someone for a return after taking them over 30 minutes of me waiting to talk to a manager!!! They’re quick to take your money but fast to act like they don’t understand what’s going on…I’m completely upset with this store!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Food is good it’s the only Chinese restaurant I feel comfortable ordering from been getting it for years but can’t seem to get any food because mostly everytime I call they call back with some excuse about the driver not delivering!! Today they said he had an emergency, the other day he also had an emergency. Seriously annoying! No.1 get more drivers

Beware!! They don’t even deserve a 1-star. I Ordered online and my card was charged 3x. I called the place and they never got my order. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and hung up the phone. Their website No1china-pa.com is the worst! Never order online!

Called to order. I asked if they still honored the coupons for free General Toso with order $40 or more after ordering $50 worth of food. They said no because of the pandemic. Trying to discuss that has nothing to do with the pandemic. Needless to say they would not honor the coupon so we canceled the order. He says why you cancel. Umm because you are not honoring the coupon for a stupid reason. So you just lost our order and future orders. Never ordered from them again. 👎👎

My sister utterly adores this Chinese restaurant, so much so that she would come back home from college just to get their food because the Chinese stores at her school were nasty. The prices are fair and they give you a good portion to last you both that night and the next day, and this is in regards to the small. When it comes to delivery they are quick most of the time, plus they deliver in bad weather when most stores would not deliver.

I ordered food from them around 10:00pm & the food never came. When I called to see why they had closed for the night & they never bothered to tell me that they were about to close & wasn't taking any more deliveries. Completely unprofessional. The last time I ordered food from them before that my fried rice had a cockroach in it. They should be investigated by the food health authorities.
