Sunrise Restaurant & Lounge

This place is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. when I I need a good lunchon, this place comes first to my mind. fresh and food and a rich cuisine.great team, and nice atmosphere. Also important, the pay is good. I suggest this spot with no doubt.

I usually travel around the city, and I was passing by this diner. I just wanted give them a shot for a quick stop. The didn't disappoint me. They had triple 2 special for 4.99, I got 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 piece of crispy bacon. It was delicious and right price, good service, convenient location with parking spots.

Ok from the outside I wasn't thrilled. It looked like a little basic diner off the highway next to the Days In, so what do you expect. Well I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the place and the food was good. The nice lady in the back can cook! Get the french toast. The staff was very friendly. The prices weren't high. I'll go back when in the mood for faithful diner food.

The food is good but the staff could use a little friendliness training. They seem to always be bickering. The men's room had an out of order sign on it... I asked staff and was told I could use it but be careful because there's a hole in the floor. When i got out I got yelled at by a different staff member for using it... I told her I got permission and she said it doesn't matter there's a sign. She then went on to yell at the other staff members because I used the bathroom.

Very friendly Staff. Place was pleasantly clean. The Gyro was ok. Tasted fine, but could've had more meat, Tzatziki sauce and less lettuce. The pita bread was good. The fries were decent, not greasy but maybe a little more crunchy would've been nice. All in all, not bad. I will say, stay away from the cole slaw. Tasted like they mixed it with blue cheese dressing.

The staff was very unprofessional and it was a super casual place - there was one instance in which a staff member likened my girlfriend to a 5-year old. I went for lunch one afternoon and the chicken I ordered came out overcooked, and when I ordered an omelette the next morning they messed it up and it tasted awful. I will never again give the business the time of day, and neither should you.
