Drive through has sign “If you are not asked about reward program, get a free donut.” Four times I have gone through, and was not asked. So I asked and manager says “ I ALWAYS ask every customer.” So I started listening carefully, and even to the customer behind me. She lies! And if you still ask, they raise their voices and holler at you, and make a big scene in front of everyone. Still no word from the franchise!

Sat at the drive thru order kiosk for ten minutes without being acknowledged, so I pulled up to the window and was given an apology, but they couldn't take orders at that window and we'd have to pull around again, behind everyone that was waiting behind us. We then had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes until they finally took our order, then heard her cursing before she turned her mic off. The only positive experience was the worker who apologized for what was happening both times we saw her at the window. Completely unprofessional! Would not stop here again!

Fast service, but they need to fix the outside microphone and the speaker because sometimes we can't understand what they say or what they say, or what we order.sometimes they are angry because we don't do the order quickly. Servicio rapido pero necesitan arreglar el microfono y la bocina porque a veces no nos entienden que decimos o no les entendemos que nos dicen. Y se enojan porque no ordenamos rapido.

Stop by this location on the afternoon of the 29th of April my wife and just wanted to grab something to eat and sit down and eat we walk in and there was no one in line i ask a female employee if she could take our order and she said yes give her a minute i wait for 15 minutes and a couple walks in doing door dash she immediately assisted them i ask her what was the issue with taking my order as dhe continued to bag orders for door dash i asked for the manager and a woman by the name of Geraldine told me if i wait someone would help me with an attitude she was very rude and disrespectful so i lft as she waved her and at me as if she was saying owell I dnt care this place always have horrible service but after that day i will not go back

Sat in drive-thru at least 15 minutes. Was told they were short handed. Could hear them laughing, joking and cutting up before I got to window to pay. Pulled up to pickup window and two boys had their backs to the window showing pics on their phone with no regard that I was sitting there waiting for my bag of food to be handed to me. Finally one boy gave me my bag with a straw and walked away neglecting to give me my drink. He evidently was to caught up in socializing with other employees; I was so disgusted I just drove off with only my food. Very poor service. I saw 4 employees and heard another in the distance. Won't be back!!
