Ordered a breakfast Crunchwrap. Somehow they heard burrito instead. It wasn’t until I sat down at home when I realized it wasn’t what I ordered. I go back to complain and they said they can’t give me the breakfast Crunchwrap I wanted as they are no longer serving breakfast. It was 7 minutes after 10:30
They refunded the burrito and were sorry about it but that was it. This burrito is also very sad looking. It wasn’t busy at all, so it goes to show how little they care.
I’ve had great customer service here in the past regarding mistakes the staff made so this encounter was highly disappointing. I wasted time I could’ve spent getting breakfast somewhere else.

The team that was there today (2/4/22) at 1230pm was the absolute best. They prepared a $65 to perfection. Thank you so much! They even brought it out the car; I didn't have to leave my seat. What an outstanding job👏

Hadn't been to a Taco Bell in awhile. The crunchy tacos were just as brilliant as I remember. The seasoning in the meat was just right. The tacos had just the right blend of lettuce and cheese. Drive-thru was very efficient. Recommend "The Bell" to address your taco craving needs.

Slow service that held up the drive thru, and then they got my order wrong. (I wanted soft tacos with my combo but they gave me hard ones.) Then one staffer leaned over with their mask pulled down their chin when I asked where my drink was. Glad I was wearing my mask.

I normally love taco bell but this one is always a problem. If there is even 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru you're going to be there for a long time. No line today so stupid me tried it again... the chips were totally stale and the chalupa shell was way overcooked and like a rock. Its only this taco bell... every single time.

I come here often because it's the closest taco bell to me that takes online orders and this place always messes up my order 9/10 times, lazy and obviously doesnt pay attention to the instructions. Burritos constantly fall apart within 2 bites, highly recommended going to the 211 east location in middletown instead.

We have been ordering the beefy 5 layer burrito for many years. Noticed that filling content has shrunk including meat ratio. Thus the 2 thick layers of wrap have made this burrito unpleasantly "bready".This seems to be a system wide issue as we have stopped at various resteraunts
