Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes, three other people around me left because it was taking so long. Finally got to the speaker and the dude told me the people in front of me ordered a lot of stuff, they only have 2 people working, and it was going to take another 10 to 15 minutes. I left...By reading the other reciews seems like a problem that nobody wants to fix. I see a new manager in there every three weeks. Time to fire another one and hire some responsible people who actually show up to work without an attitude. I work in Chester. I will never go to this establishment again. I do like BK but this one is the worst, BY FAR.

This is a more recent review for today 6/12/2022. The ladies that worked today around 3pm really held it down!!!!!!! They asked for us to come in to place our order because they ONLY had two people working!!!! The did a great job and should be given a raise or promoted!!!!

Went to this place, clearly at the wrong time of day, and ordered 2 frozen cokes. Well the person at the window gave me the wrong size so I went in to ask about the size…. LOL 😂 Well I understand that they were short staff but!!! The red head with the tattoo on her arm had such a nasty attitude. She was bothered because I asked her about it … 😂😂😂 this is the worse place to go….. I WILL NEVER (not that they care) go to this place ever again! But babygurl if you don’t like your JOB go get another one. 🤦🏻♀️

This location has a hard time taking a simple order at drive thru.
The female at the window was rude and had to charge me twice because she got the entire order wrong. After pulling away from the drive-thru my wife noticed the entire order was still wrong. Get it together.

Went to the drive thru to order for 5 people. The parking lot was dead and there were no vehicles behind us. Apparently we were taking too long to order so they decided to be rude and obnoxious. We took our business across the street. Very unprofessional

Went and ordered two plain hamburgers and came out to $2.57. Gave them $5 and in return got no receipt and gave us only 43 cents. Brought it up and the attendant seemed flustered and gave us only $1 back. Now I ain't the best at math but by the time me and my sister talked it out we already pulled out of the drive-throw. So got robbed of $1 and definitely ain't gonna be coming back anytime soon.
