Brilliant singer on the night we went in 4 11 23 the atmosphere was buzzing but not too busy which is a plus as we could get a seat , the staff on the bar were lovely and the place was clean , only thing is im not sure of the shared loos as i had to wipe wee off the seat

We called in for food and drinks with the dog and couldn't have been made more welcome. Water and a plate of food provided for the dog as well as ourselves

Just called in on as we were passing. Was a bit worried as it was empty but then realised it was only 12.30.
Omg the best food we have ever had. So much flavour in everything. Service is second to none. Can't wait to come back.

Visited this place on Saturday, went in for a drink at lunch time, had a couple of fabulous cocktails. Liked it that much we booked a table for food for the evening. The food was beautiful and well presented. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman running the place was very hands on and very good at he job. I would 100% recommend this place, when visiting Chester.

Had great afternoon at the Assembly, Gorgeous tapas, excellent cocktails & we met owner James who went above & beyond to make us feel welcome…staff excellent..very good prices… We will be back

We shared 5 dishes and we were delighted at the taste
Thought the bread dish could of been a bit more ie 4 instead of 2
But we still enjoyed

We had an excellent experience. The service was very good and James our waiter was very attentive. The cocktails were on point and the food was delicious. The fish with ginger and stems was particularly good. I would recommend
