Amazing staff, very kind and patient, love stopping here for a coffee and bagle! Do wish that they had a better cream cheese selection but other than that, fantastic!

I debated writing this here because I am a regular, but decided for it . I ordered Mediterranean Grain Bowl and found something looking like chicken bones. :( I was lucky that my teeth were not broken.

Nice to see seniors working at this restaurant. Everything was good, need a little freshen up on the paint on the walls but other but otherwise a nice place to have a meal.

With the new location everything changed- it became a WONDERFUL place to go. But that didn't last long.... back to the horrible service. Order has been wrong 3 times in the last 2 weeks! Wait times are again horrific. Staff has an attitude again. Awful. Most recently I was appauled by the half greek salad they gave me. Check out the picture I posted next to the new one they made me bc they messed up the onions on the first one. Note the first one on the right side. Its not even HALF full!

Been going to this one off-and-on for 20 years but it is absolutely the worst location in this chain. At least they are consistent because it's always bad. Takes forever to just get a simple cup of coffee in the morning, and often times they are out of some coffee varieties. Signed up for the free Panera coffee subscription but even free coffee is not worth the frustrations at this location. Was hoping the new one would be better but it's not. Worst part is the manager's just stand there watching and never step up to help. Just not worth the aggravation of going to this location anymore.
