Passport Pizza

Ordered a pizza and bread Monday night for delivery. I had been working all weekend and didn’t feel like going back out. I have emailed the customer support twice so far with zero response. Spent $31 on one pizza and bread because delivery is 6.99 and tipped 5 on my card when I ordered. The driver went to the wrong address, literally a half hour away, and gave me attitude because she kept asking for a building number and I kept insisting I do not have one. She ended up realizing she was in Clinton township and my address is in new Baltimore. Pizza finally got here and it was so cold the cheese was already hardened. But they won’t answer. Place sucks

Ordered online a pizza and a sandwich from store #2. After no delivery at appointed time contacted the number on my receipt gave info to person on the line and was told it was on its way. Waited again after some time still no delivery. Contacted the same number but this time was told there was no order for me. I explained I had a receipt saying that my order was successful and I had already called once before and was told it was on the way. I then said my receipt says store 2 to which he tells me that I am not talking to that store. He then transfers me to the other store. This time I am told they were trying to get a hold of me because there was an issue with the address. But right on the receipt was my full correct address. Still waiting for the pizza and sandwich. To bad this was my first experience with this pizza place because it will definitely be my last!!!!
