Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was SO HUNGRY and this burrito bowl was SO GOOD. Literally hit the spot. Tasted so fresh, and I felt like I was eating healthy and clean. Guacamole tasted fresh and oh so good. Service was quick here. Chipotle seemed to be doing a lot of online/mobile orders and was still sure to fit us in quickly!

I came here for the first time last night. I have never been to a chipotle before.y brother and I walked in the doors 30 minutes before close. The person behind the counter was very helpful and explained to me how to order. I ended up getting a steak bowl and it was very delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by this because the last time I was in an establishment with this type of an ordering system (QDOBA) it was nasty. It seems pricey but it is a lot of food. I shared my bowl with my husband last night and still had half of my container left today and ate that for breakfast and it was also good cold in my opinion. There were a couple of random hard crunchy things but I know that sometimes that happens with rice.

I'm done with Chipotle, there are enough options to fill their space. Last meal was a disaster. Due to Covid, we did carry out. Got home to find that my son's order was almost completely wrong. He ordered soft tacos, they gave him hard shells. He asked for Queso, they gave him none. We had soft shells at home, and found that the amount of food they gave him in 3 hard shells was enough to fill ONE soft shell. My wife's and my bowls were cold, not warm, literally cold. We warmed them up in the microwave to make the most of it. I called and spoke to the manager and asked for a refund on my son's meal (since it was wrong), I didn't ask for anything for the others. I had the order #, but they wanted the name on the order -- an order number isn't the best way to ensure you don't refund the wrong order??? You'll be shocked to learn that they never issued the refund. It wasn't a big refund, it's the principle. But apparently it was more than our previous and future business is worth to them. Attached are pictures of the sticker that shows what we ordered vs what we got and how little food was included. Save yourself the frustration, go somewhere else.

Among fast food restaurants (that I rarely rank above 3 stars), the Chipotle chain provides a quick meal with exceptionally high quality ingredients. For a buck or two more than a typical fast food taco joint, you can get a quick bite with top ingredients. At this location at 5:00 pm I had a 1 minute wait, and I got my food in another minute. Clean, fast, good; top marks for a counter service restaurant.
