Pizza Hut

What a joke! Driver would not come into my apartment building because of some "virus" going around stating that people aren't required to wear masks in the narrow hallways of my building and he viewed that as a safety risk to himself. WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?!?!?! He also didn't even bother to call me to come outside and get it (which clearly I would not have anyway) because I put a random phone number for my contact info. He said he tried 3 times, BUT I GUESS WE WILL NEVER KNOW! Then they had the nerve to tell me that they could only fully refund my order instead of forcing the driver to stay 30 minutes late to repeat the same process. What has happened to customer service? WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA AGAIN!!!!!

A man verbally harassed me while I was simply trying to order a lost son. He denied me access to ordering and also think my race played a huge part in how he treated me. I wish I could rate this negative stars but they only have 1-5. Pizza Hut has lost my business for life. (Rip Pop Smoke) Grrrrrrrrr

Seriously might be the worst pizza I've ever gotten. It's so thin and practically no sauce, when we had ordered extra sauce. We called to talk to them, and first got put on hold for a few minutes and then they argued with us about the pizza for 10 minutes! It was unbelievable. We asked to speak to a manager and of course there isn't one available. The only thing offered was $5 back, and the employee blamed the manager for not being able to compensate us more. Do not go here. There is a reason this place has terrible reviews. They need to be taught better customer service skills. Thanks for the terrible service, Mike.
