Jersey Mike's Subs

We loved Jersey Mike’s! We just went in there and I requested for them to make my child a grilled cheese, and they figured out a way to do it with the veggie sub and just add cheese! My son loved it. The older gentleman working was so sweet to my children and we had just had a bad experience next-door at Sweet frog, and the sweet old man at Jersey Mike’s gave my kids a cookie to make up for it. He complemented their behavior and was just so sweet and welcoming. We will definitely be eating here more and more

The staff were super nice and waited patiently for me. The sandwich was delicious and the bacon was just right amount of crispy. This was my first time here and would love to see what the other sandwiches taste like. I didn't get a picture because i ate it so fast but fingers crossed my next one lasts long enough for me to share. Thanks for making my first time at Jersey Mike's awesome!

I have to eat gluten free and their gluten free bun is very dry and not good. And, on the website there is no option to mark gluten free for the bread. Today, when I ordered via the website, I put in the notes “gluten free bun”. When I got home and started eating, I realized there was no way this bread was GF as it was very good. I called and was told that since there’s an up charge on GF rolls, they just made mine with white. Without notifying me. I would have happily paid the extra charge upon arrival. My business will be taken elsewhere from now on.

Came in and everything was wrong was there 3/31 around 8pm, no rosemary bread, no Philly cheesesteak but we ordered any way pay for extra toppings/bacon but not one drop of extra anything and every sub was wrong tried to call of course no answer and they didn’t give a receipt of course and we didn’t drive back up there since we already home but someone needs to contact us this is ridiculous also they were turning customers away saying they don’t have no more bread but if they can wait at least 30 mins they can make some. Which is it your out of everything or you don’t want to assist any one

We are Jersey Mike's fans and typically go there versus other sub places. We have been to this location twice. I always get the Original Italian Mike's Way. The first time at this location it was dry and I didn't think they put any oil and vinegar on it. So this time, I had my wife ask for extra oil and vinegar (which she did on both my sandwich and hers). Both sandwiches were very dry - even after requesting extra oil & vinegar. The bread was not the freshest - but not something I would have bothered to comment had it now been for the lack of oil & vinegar even after requesting extra. JM typically is overly generous when requesting Mike's Way so much so that the wrapping paper often has oil on it. In this case, the paper on both were completely dry - as were the two sandwiches. I'm not ready to give on on JM - but will try locations other than this one.
