My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch yesterday. We both ordered lunch entrees (sirloin & filet, French onion soup, side salad, mashed potatoes, and twice baked potatoes). We also ordered stuffed mushroom appetizer & chocolate mousse cake! Appetizers, steaks, soup, and dessert was all fantastic. Too full to eat sides with everything else we enjoyed. We’ll definitely come back for dinner. Service was great too!!
Went back for Father’s Day… server was slightly rude but support staff was great! Parents loved the food. Different menu, holiday menu, was okay.

My steak was cooked perfectly. The ala-carte items are enough for two. Had the tables side spinach salad for two and it was Excellent.

The wait staff was very friendly, but the food was pretty disappointing. I ordered the bone-in NY strip, cooked medium rare. It came out very rare. It was almost purple and the center was cool. I sent it back, which I never do. Even after recooking it, much of the steak was way undercooked, and the flavor just wasn’t there.

It's been a long time since i ate here. Thankfully not a thing has changed. The atmosphere, service and food were nothing short of exceptional. Server was prompt, friendly and on point in every way.
I got the dry aged 12oz ribeye and au graten potatoes. Exceptional they were.
Glad i came back.

I came here genuinely excited to try some good food. When the menu has prices like these, you should expect some good food. We ordered artichoke dip and it was bland. The pita bread tastes like nothing but grill butter. I ordered a steak and it came out as a fatty knotted wad of inedible gristle. Look at the picture. They charged me $36 for that! The $7 side of asparagus came with 5 grilled spears and a teaspoon of sauce. Everything was underseasoned. I fact, the salt shaker on the table was rock solid and we couldn't season the food if we wanted to. The "au gratin" potatoes were nauseating just to look at. Only one of us tasted them and they were not good. With as much money as I paid im genuinely angry at this restaurant. I literally could have gotten a better steak at applebees. Don't come here, save your money and avoid the pretention

We had a wonderful night at Louis Chop House this evening. Our server, Haley, was magnificent. She was friendly, attentive, efficient and made our visit so much more enjoyable than so many other restaurants. The food was fabulous. I had Piedmont filet and it literally melted in my mouth. The Au Gratin potatoes were absolutely wonderful. Topping off our evening was the chocolate mousse cake with berries … pure heaven. This will be our go to restaurant for those special occasions.

When we went out for dinner tonight, we did not expect to be absolutely blown away.. we were! Louis' has been on our list for a while. We did not know what to expect, but we hoped it would be good.
Service was a little behind and started slowly. Nothing that many other restaurants are not experiencing now. We did not help this issue as we did not order drinks or appetizers so the waitress had no time padding.
We ordered the table side ceaser salad. Absolutely amazing. Fresh, full of flavor and unique hints of ingredients that are not used at many other restaurants.
For the main meal we ordered Chateaubriand a la Bouquetiere. This is a table side prepped plate with an amazing sauce. The presentation of the meal was spot on.
We frequent other steak houses and chop houses and would put Louis' on par with the best of them. The price was what you would expect for a meal of this caliber and I would even say that it is a better value than some of the popular choices out there.
At the end of dinner, we only had one regret.. why didn't we come here sooner!!

Our family went to Louis' for their Mother's Day brunch buffet. It was $50 per person. The staff was great. It was very crowded. But the actual food was only okay. The cold shrimp was tiny and had to be peeled. The cold salmon was rubbery. The baked fish was good. We have been going here for many years so this was disappointing.
