Buffalo Wild Wings

I have been visiting Bdubs for over 15 years. I mostly don't have a problem with the waitstaff but the quality and quantity of the food just continues to decline over the years. They're switched from counting wings to measuring by weight then back to counting wings. The problem is that corporate keeps cutting corners in distribution and the chickens if i were to guess get slaughtered for production when they're still young and small. I don't have a photo of the traditional wings I usually get but there have been many that are so small they're almost all bone. Tonight I got a 15 piece, and as usual I get some laughable pieces that are smaller than my thumb, almost all breading. I love the sauces but will someone please ask them to fix their quality issues?

I visited your store tonight at 7 PM there wasn’t very many people in the restaurant my food took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive at our table. I ordered 10 wings my daughter ordered a salad and my sister ordered some taco thing. my wings were cold, over cooked and dry they were missing barbecue sauce all over them. my daughter’s salad came with guacamole it was only a tablespoon and it was brown in color and you could tell that it was the remainder left in the bowl that they scraped out because they didn’t want to open a new container. my sisters fries were cold and rubbery we ate none of the food told the waitress about our problem she was very nice and she brought over a manager. the manager was very rude and was only willing to take half of the bill off. we ate no food! It was nasty. so it ended up being this huge ordeal where the police were called as I was not going to pay that bill. I did pay for the ice tea I drank. the man was very rude and a report was filed and I will never again Step foot in a buffalo wild wings again the customer service is atrocious and the fact that I was expected to pay for a meal that I didn’t even take one bite of is completely unacceptable also there wasn’t very many people in the restaurant at all. they were not busy so there’s no excuse for our food to take an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and arrive cold. we didn’t have time to wait around for food to be remade and quite frankly if they can’t make it right the first time they’re not gonna make it right the second time. We had a $50 gift certificate and the bill ended up being $46 before the half off, so it’s not like we were trying to get out of paying the bill I just didn’t see it right to have to pay for something that I didn’t find edible. the manager was very rude, nasty and intimidating. and it didn’t need to be accelerated as far as it did police were called and everything. I ate None of the food! Stay away from this restaurant.

Ordered two ten piece boneless wings, and a side of mac n cheese. It took an hour and ten minutes to get our overpriced food. Server never even came to check on us while literally everyone else got their food. I had to go ask about our order. The place was barely half full. Never again will I go to this location. This place absolutely sucks.

Incredibly unprofessional management. Gave the wrong person an order and knows they did because she said she handed that order out awhile ago and then wouldn’t remake the order. Pretended like they would when the company called them and then just hid in the back for 20 mins. If you weren’t going to do it put on your big girl shoes and just say it you child. Just needed an answer but the manager didn’t know how to act like an adult and just hid in the back of the restaurant laughing with the staff and ignoring phone calls. Management 100% needs restructuring at this location.

I'm sick and tired of getting cold wings here. The kitchen staff has done this every single time my food is room temperature. Keep your sauce warm and chicken hot. Simple fix. Other than that waitresses was nice. This location has so much potential and I'm sure management and higher ups are to blame. Also if you are so short staffed you should notify guests that they are gonna wait over an hour for their food. This place has gotten stupid

UPDATE: The saddest result of a business, This is most likely the worst BWW in the world. Every time ownership responds to your message, they tell to please go about filling out their forms. Two officially filed forms later and 1 very nice and professional conversation later with a important individual within the corporate management ladder and I feel sure that I’ll never be back to this location. Can I take a guess as to what the ownership is going to respond back underneath my message with??

We got there and we had 5 people they told us to go to the bar because there would be more room well we had to pull up a chair because it was tight and one the waitress was like ummm you can’t do that and then they moved us to a table by the front of the restaurant. We got our drinks and waited over an hour for the food and I told the waitress to make sure the food was hot she said ok well an hour and some later we got our food and it was cold. It wasn’t the waitress fault I felt bad for her. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE THE WINGS ARE ALWAYS COLD!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!! WE PAID FOR THE DRINKS AND THEN LEFT!!!
