They just can't get it right, always mess up my order. The Manager is nice but how is free food at my next visit going to help me today? Pay staff more so they care more.

As I stand there and watch all three of the staff whisper has someone helped me. Not talk to me and wait 3 min befour assist was a massive failure.

I very very rarely make google reviews but as a Former Tropical Smoothie Cafe Employee, I just wanted to compliment everything about this store. This specific location always has the friendliest employees, efficient employees, and a clean environment!! Everything is just great! My office orders from this location a lot and my coworkers also have nothing but good things to say about this store. Thank you for your wonderful Smoothies, Food, and best of all.... Customer Service! You guys rock!! Keep doing what you're doing :)

I went during peak lunch hours, and they were busy, but the workers were absolutely killing it! There was a long line but they got it done quickly and everyone was working together fantastically.
