As of today 6/3/2022 I took my daughter here for a birthday treat. No customers besides us and it currently looks like the photos attached. Sweet Frog in colonial heights and Chester was actually my first job. If it ever looked like this I’m sure I would’ve been fired. Really sad to see how bad absolutely everything looks.

Took my wife to get a sweet treat on a hot day and this store was the perfect place! Everything was so clean and all the machines were working which is rare from my experience at other stores. Plenty of toppings and the staff was so friendly and sweet. Amazing experience and will definitely come back!

Very run down establishment. 3-4 machines were out of order. Many condiments were mislabeled or out of stock. Restrooms were filthy. Main lobby floor was equally disgusting. T-shirts "for sale" had nothing but barren hangers. No water, or other drinks, available. Single staff member was pleasant enough, but watching him clean the machines is enough to not want to eat here again. Upside, strawberry fro-yo was tasty.

i had an exceptional experience today. the two associates, Danielle and Lindsay, were very kind and seemed to enjoy their jobs. employees were constantly cleaning, place was neat and clean. will definitely be back.

I have spent a ton of money here. Just today, I went with my kids and my daughter grabbed the spoon of mini m&ms and about 2 fell out onto the counter ledge. The guy working said “if you grab spoons again I wont let you back in here.” To MY FIVE YEAR OLD. This is my last of many trips here and they have lost a loyal customer in me and my kids. Very disappointed

Plenty of selections from the frozen yogurt to the toppings, you will not be disappointed. Be careful with those toppings cuz I'll let up quickly. It's all about the ounces when you check out.

My kids love sweet frog , but I have to it was dirty around all the candy and chocolate. Please make cleaning a focus. Other than that we love any sweet frog

this establishment was amazing! the best i have ever been too!!! danielle and hudson had amazing service and we’re kind to me and my girlfriend as soon as we walked in! the store was very very clean!
