I love this Pizza Hut, my food is always fresh, hot, and on time. Prepared the way I like it and customer service is great! The only Pizza Hut I like to eat at!

Went in at 9:18pm and asked a guy with dreadlocks if they were still taking orders and was told no but aren't closed until 10:00pm will definitely not order here anymore and that's sad cause I live across the street and use to come here alot

I had ordered online for delivery and an hour later called to find out where my pizza was. I had continued checking the status online and it never left the "we're making your order" phase. The phone rang and rang until I got forwarded to some sort of centralized line where I explained I was waiting for a pizza. The woman told me the store had reported it as "undeliverable" but she would transfer my call to the store to find out what was going on. The guy that answered at the store started with telling me they were closed. I told him I had ordered a pizza an hour prior and it took him a moment or so to find my order. He claimed the pizza had been cancelled because it was never picked up. I told him it was supposed to be for delivery, as stated in my email from them and listed in my orders online. He said maybe his manager cancelled it because they didn't have a driver about an hour prior to me ordering. Nobody ever contacted me. As a manager myself, this was absolutely unacceptable. You need to reach out to people when you're canceling a food order. This location clearly doesn't care about customer service.

I order a pizza yesterday 1/6/22 for delivery and the store called and said the delivery driver stepped out for a few and would be back but in the mean time they would make my order. My order arrived cold as ice for they made the pizza while the driver was out so food was just sitting for delivery driver to delivery...Never had a pizza delivery in such fashion

Absolute worst customer service. The worst management as well. I placed an order online was given confirmation and time frame. I called the store after the order was an hour late and the manager tells me they had canceled my order.
Basically waited 1:45 for nothing. You are better off ordering from papa John.

Be able to get a pizza in less than three hours. Have food look good and fresh. Receive foods that are at a good temperature.

I’ve literally BEEN STANDING OUTSIDE IN THE FREEZING COLD FOR 20 min with the call center NO ONE IS AT THE LOCATION!
Update: The area manager acknowledged the inconvenience I experienced and made good on it. It was the same day. A unfortunate situation but great management.
