Lovely warm atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Had a delicious evening meal. Something for everyone including the kids. Good, well priced selection of wine. Will definitely be going back.

Great food, menu was varied and they have weekday offers like burgers and a drink. Worth checking their facebook for the latest offers. 3 outdoor seating areas. Great to stop at if you're walking down the Chichester Canal. Pub is very well presented and staff were really helpful. Dogs are allowed too

Trad Smith and beams quaint and spacious somehow. Restaurant fayre clearly can be very good. Our big group was a little too much and some found food cold. Overall a good venue bright clean and coupled with riendly staff. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

Super tasty slow cooked shin of beef. Well worth the few extra ££ over standard pub food. Highly recommended. Friendly professional staff. Dessert menu looked lovely.

good food, really well cared for by the staff. nice outdoor setting with drinks before the meal. was a leaving do for a member of staff who had been with us for 30 years. she really enjoyed herself. recommended venue.

We were late for our booking but that wasn't a problem, even though it was Saturday evening. Food was top standard although I was a bit concerned with the pickalilli relish but i became a convert as it set off the pulled brisket really well. Good value too.

This is a great place to meet for food and drinks - the amount of seating inside is really ample and the decor is a great mix of the contemporary and traditional.
The food is really good and wholesome, their triple cooked chips are great!
There's plenty of outdoor seating too, including a large section that is covered.
We had great attentive service as well from the staff.
