5 Star service from start to finish! The extremely kind and friendly Millie helped to tailor a private menu for 13 friends and family for a sit down 5 course meal for my 40th Birthday. Communication throughout was faultless, they arrived as promised on time and from that point onwards I didn’t have to do a thing bar entertain my guests and enjoy my 40th Birthday evening. Every course was meticulously and beautifully plated and was explained to our guests when it was bought to the table, each break between dishes was the perfect length and every bite was out of this world delicious! All of our guests some who had never had Susi before all had the most amazing time and each dish was met with praise, especially the Gyoza OMG!! I could not recommend Gion Asia highly enough and would use them time and time again given the choice. HUGE THANKS again to all of the team who made for a very unforgettable experience and evening it was Oishi!!

I've not had sushi this good since I moved out of London! We've been regular customers since the beginning of 2020 and their sushi is consistently delicious. Akemi goes to so much trouble to get everything just right and the presentation is beautiful. Can't recommend them enough. I used to take a coolbag with me on London trips so I could bring sushi back home. That's no longer necessary - I just get Gion Sushi instead!

GION Sushi is without a doubt the BEST sushi on the south coast! We’ve been getting takeaway from Gion for a few years now and they’ve always delivered the most incredible food! Gary and his wife Akemi are so wonderfully kind and helpful, always assisting with the menu depending on what we want. The presentation and standard is always without fault, brilliant menu variety including veggie / vegan options and delivery always on time, we honestly couldn’t recommend it more! I’d compare it to top London / NYC sushi restaurants! We were also lucky enough last year to attend one of their pop up sit down restaurant nights which was so special! And lovely to see all the family working together! First class in every way! If you haven’t tried it you MUST!

Only recently found out about Gion Sushi and wow! The food is phenomenal. freshly made sushi, so many options! As a couple, we ordered the Ume platter (for three) just to be sure. there was no need! Great portions. and the wasabi packs a real punch. so much choice, and it's all great quality. Can't wait to order again!
