Omg what a delightful place keeping up with the traditions lovely chicken, ribs looks amazing will definitely be coming back here, come on guys give Harry’s chips in chingford hatch a visit, felt like I went back to my youth

We always order a large haddock to have between two people and Harry Junior, cooks up two small ones, which is just perfect.
Curry sauce and mushy peas are on point, don’t give the southern fried chicken pieces amiss either they’re delicious.

Harry's is a lovely fish and chips shop, always so fresh and tasty. It's a family run shop with a real friendly atmosphere. Excellent choice of food and great price. Highly recommended the cod and chips, cod is suculant and batter is perfectly cooked.

The service and help form Harry has been amazing today as we have had a loss of power to Heathlands Care Home. The residents were looking forward to their fish and chips and Harry did not disappoint and more importantly delivered to us in the exact time frame he promised.
You have been star today. Thank you and the fish and chips have gone down a storm.

The owner had a hissy fit when I was trying to redeem the 'loyalty' card. After spending 9x fish n chips over few months, the owners attitude kinda stinked when he made it clear only 'medium' size fish and chips are eligible for 'free' 10th visit. I handed the fully stamped card back to him without claiming anything and walked away never to return to this local fish and chips again.
Owners just fail to understand the loyalty and friendly attitude is what counts.

Have been craving fish and chips of late and went here today. The smell wafting down the street was wonderful.
We were able to get a lunchtime special of fish and chips for £7.50. It was moreish and really we cooked. Would highly recommend. Staff were polite and helpful and was given a loyalty card. Also brought some curry sauce which very tasty too. Gravy is available as well.
Really well stocked fridge of cold drinks. There is literally something for everyone.
We were able to sit inside at a table and eat our take-away and given wooden cutlery, a paper napkin and a wet wipe too.
Will definitely be going back.

Soon to be leaving Chingford and Harry’s is one of few places I’ll actually miss ..... good quality fish and chips. Their regular chip portion is actually quite big and are big enough to share for 2. If you want haddock, it’s worth calling ahead so they can start cooking as they don’t often have haddock waiting in the counter. The only problem is the lack of parking. the Hatch is a pain for parking, and often congested at peak eating times.
