From the moment when I viewed the flat, to after I signed the lease with the landlord and beyond, her assistance was fantastic. By far my best experience so far in terms of letting agencies in London. Worth mentioning - the referencing system this agency uses is far superior to the one I used before - this time I didn't have to anxiously wait for two weeks, all was done in a matter of days.
