Superb selection of cider, wine gin etc..
Boards updater regularly with new brews, Friendly staff, very helpful in choosing to ones palette ! Not tried the food as yet..
Business within selling Flowers, reefs, cards etc.. lovely place all round, cosy and quirky !

What a great place. Great staff and an excellent selection of craft beer. Knowledgeable staff that can go in depth about each beer to help you decide what to have. Busy on a Friday evening but manageable getting served. The pricing of the beers is such a nice change. The ones on offer to us ranged from £5.90 a pint, all the way down to £3.90! Not having to get a second mortgage every time you get a round in, is a pleasant change. Definitely recommend this place for a night out, especially if craft beer is your thing. (a selection of wines and spirits are also available)

I've been wanting to visit the Cockpit since it opened, and I have to say it did not disappoint. Wonderful ambiance, great brews, and a fab looking menu to boot! Can't wait to visit again soon!

This really is a little gem of a place with some superb beers on tap. Great, friendly staff and a real community feel... They also cater well for dogs with a jar of treats and the offer of a water bowl. Easy to see why this place has won awards.

Lovely little pub, beautifully decorated with good space management. We didn't eat due to a dinner waiting for us at home. The gentleman that served us was friendly and welcoming and happy to let me try the IPA before purchase, I highly recommend if you like a decent pale ale or IPA for a good price.
And it's Dog friendly!

This is the kind if pub everyplace needs! Great drinks, good food and a friendly atmosphere.
This place does a great selection of reals ales, wines and cider. The food menu is select with traditional pub fair like Scotch eggs and sausage rolls but also serves great meat and cheese platters.

If You are in to Real Ale, it's a must, staff are Brilliant the Real Ales are top notch and the ambience is real nice. Well worth a visit. Not tried the food.

Always guaranteed a warm welcome. Small, friendly micro pub with a good choice of beers and wine.
Also do a small selection of light bites including sausage rolls, pork pies and scotch eggs at £7.50 - very tasty, packed with meat and nicely served.
Flower shop inside adds a pleasant smell and a splash of colour.
Just a shame we don’t live a little closer.
