We had a roast on Sunday and it was absolutely amazing. Both the food and the service were incredible, everything arrived perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The atmosphere was warm and cosy, with the fires lit, making it the perfect place to spend a winter Sunday. A really lovely experience.

I couldn't recommend The Old Shepard enough. Fantastic food, atmosphere, and hospitality. Great for food and drink all year round. Lovely warm atmosphere in the cooler months and wonderful outside area in the warmer months.
