I’ve been to Allan’s restaurant multiple times and every time I go, I’ve been impressed with his skills as a chef. Allan is always very friendly and personable. His food is incredible, the flavours are perfect and his passion for food is like nothing I’ve seen before. I’ve been to almost every restaurant nearby and there is nothing that comes close this calibre of cooking. You mustn’t miss the opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal at Seven by Allan.

Visited as a couple on a Saturday evening. Restaurant was fairly quiet table wise although Head Chef Allan seemed to be doing everything! Very enjoyable experience, recommended getting a few dishes to share. Felt very welcomed by an attentive Allan and look forward to visiting again in the future once the summer menu has changed.

What a great dining experience. Best tapas anywhere. Allan is an awesome chef and very hands on, makes sure that everything is just right. We had 12 dishes and every one was top notch. You won't regret it.

We enjoyed our meal, the chef did not let us down. Spring rolls and calamari are super crunchy. Veg Rice noodles stir fry, sisig with rice or sisig in tacos taste great. For the Desert/pudding halo-halo is delicious and the homemade ube ice cream is something like Amersham has never seen before. Worth every penny.

Just enjoyed a wonderful meal experience by Allan. As a Filipino and Italian family we can certainly vouch for the authenticity of his Mediterranean Filipino cuisine. The food was delicious (and all homemade), the service wonderfully personal and ambiance spot on. Will definitely be back!

So happy we discovered this restaurant. You are getting michellin star level food in Amersham. We were lucky enough to have Allan - the Head Chef - host us for most of our evening. Everything is made fresh in the kitchen and full of flavour.
I would recommend trying the tacos, crab pasta, hake, sticky toffee pudding and the apple pastry with brandy ice cream.
We will definitely go back.

Home made Pasta , Fresh locally sourced Fish can’t go wrong. We had lovely time and I’m sharing some pics of both Vegetarian and non vegetarian. The Expresso Martinis were good too

You will always have a warm welcome and scrumptious food at Gustos. Allen is meticulous.
To start with we had the squid - a must try and the smoked salmon. The confit duck is my usual favourite but tonight we both opted for the lamb. It was perfectly cooked and beautifully tender and goes well with a good Rioja. We are lucky to have such good food close by
