An absolutely fantastic place. The staff are amazing. The food is awesome and the atmosphere is perfection. No loud crowds. Just a pleasant dining experience with friendly staff (Kavi and Charlotte) and great food. The kitchen staff is be very proud. Will be back....often. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable experience.

Cosy country pub - all the feels.
Delicious hearty roast, excellent selection of wines and a darling young waiter named Louis who made our Grandmother laugh greatly. Would recommend!

I visited the gate recently with family and I have to say I had a lovely experience. Our waitress Alice catered to all our need’s throughout the entire meal and the food was delicious! Would definitely recommend visiting the pub and I will be going back very soon.

Very busy pub at times so always book a table, we had to sit outside which was cold but somewhat our fault as we didn’t book. The staff however was lovely and really welcoming. We only had drinks but the food that went past us looked lovely.

The food was delicious - all four of us were very happy with it. It was a very busy evening but getting food was very slow, clearing of table we eventually did it ourselves. Staff nice and friendly

Nice restaurant, lovely outside tables. We didn’t have to book in advance even though it was on sunny Sunday. Very nice staff, food came quick however my rice was a bit crunchy, could be cooked for another minute or two.

Gastropub with nice food, but tricky to find things without gluten. Helpful staff at the pub near the m25. Good atmosphere inside and outdoors. Good parking options.

Booked a late lunch on BH Monday. Really high quality meal. Great service from Ella who couldn’t do enough to make sure we were comfortable and checking in on us regularly to see if there was anything we needed. Will be eating there again.
