Met a friend for a girls night out. Had a fabulous dinner here. Lovely ambience, great service from lovely waitresses. Really good food. Highly recommended. Will definitely go there again.

Our second stay at the Kings Arms.
Charlotte our waitress was wonderful and very personable with nothing being too much trouble, this could not be said for one other waitress. The last night of our three night stay was a nightmare with thumping music from a private function booming until 11.50. The small print at the bottom of our booking confirmation did state there may be private parties on occasion.
We accept this but because of that we will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to friends and family.

An attractive hotel in the heart of Christchurch, the bar is decorated to a high standard, drinks are limited, of good quality but expensive.

After the terribly frustrating experience trying to book lunch by telephone, we managed to book on line. We received a very friendly welcome good attentive service and a very good lunch from the fixed price menu. Thank you to the staff who entertained us well and zero points for the telephone system at Harbour Hotels.

Didn't stay in the hotel but ate in the restaurant and have to say its faultless. A really good experience add to that a midweek menu for £15 which was delicious. Well worth the money for such great food. On top of this the service from the lovely Rebecca was impeccable given the bunch of chosy old farts we were. So brilliant to put up with us

Had a two-night stay in a loft room at this quaint hotel in the centre of Christchurch. Good location, great staff and service, excellent restaurant. Lots of character and an unbeatable location.
