Went for the first time recently and was surprised how nice the place was,nice decor inside after a revamp , it has a good selection of beers and a good selection of food .I had fish n chips and my partner had the beef pie they were excellent, we will definitely return.

Attended a private family function and the buffet food was delicious,staff very friendly and looked after us all afternoon! Highly recommend this beautiful old pub!

The ladies dee and Donna that run the pub were so welcoming they had time to show us around and let us know what was going on we shall be back and become regulars. Well worth it the food brilliant. X thank you

what a great new place we found ,,,great food (steak was amazing)i had mixed grill with home cooked chips bang on and very filling, great atmosphere inside and out met some very friendly customers and a fabulous smile and welcome from the landlady places like this are very hard to find, this place is just set back a little off the main road but very visable and in a very beautiful setting i highly recommend a visit here the service and food is just how i like it great pub atmosphere with great pub food exellent cook and Host,,,Dee,, believe me you will not be disappointed .....very dog friendly there is even a doggie menu...

Nice place to meet with family. Very pleasant staff and quick service. It was not too expensive either xstaff wete very accommodating my niece's with a tray to place a dice game avoiding losing the dice through the gaps. Good time, had by all, would 😌 visit again

Family visit to The Boycott Arms on Saturday for a meal and drinks. Haven't been for a few years and what an improvement! Beautiful decor, comfy sofas and chairs, and lovely welcoming atmosphere. Lovely beer garden out the front, too. Good selection of food with choice of sides. Butty Bach on draught and ice cream milkshakes for the young... and not-so-young! They even have cherry gin, which I've never seen in a pub before. Dog friendly, which is essential for us, and even a whole separate dog menu! Bliss 😊

Quick friendly service prices are not too expensive. A member of staff was thoughtful and gave the children a tray for their dice whilst playing a card game on a picnic bench to avoid them going through the gaps 😄 overall a lovely service and would meet there again 😀

Lovely friendly pub, great service and the food was absolutely lovely, haven't tasted chips that good in a long time, and the steak was cooked to perfection

We popped in here midweek for the first time in a while, and I believe the owners have changed a couple of times.
It's nice and cosy in there....maybe a little quiet but it was a weekday. I've driven past on weekends and the car park is full.
The food was well priced and nicely presented.
Looking forward to going back soon

A right little gem of a pub with friendly staff and the Two for £15 lunch menu is such good value and so nice .. Been here twice for lunch now on the past few weeks and will definitely be back again... Oh and it's dog friendly too which is a big bonus too 👍👍
