Delightful evening at the Crown with old friends. Lovely basic pub grub, traditional Black Country food served with smiles and genuine care. Excellent value in a proper English pub atmosphere. Lots of bare floorboards, beams and traditional decor. Thank you. We will be in again soon.

Good traditional pub. The local Enville Ale was excellent. Great value food - really good faggots, hand cut chips and mushy peas for £9.

Every now and again you can travel back in time and find a proper pub offering super value food alongside properly kept ales and with a cracking atmosphere. This is one of those times. We got a lovely dog friendly welcome from Ken and Mary and all the staff including Gary who doubles up as the local vicar. Incredible value Sunday lunch, excellent beers, what more could you want?

Traditional English pub with good beer and a very friendly atmosphere. Haven't eaten here but never heard a bad word said about the food. Dog friendly throughout in a beautiful village.

A very nice traditional village pub with excellent beers and service. Didn't try the food, but the online menu looks comprehensive and very reasonable, so I hope to sample it in the not too distant future.

The best 'proper' pub we have been to in ages! Got served by the local vicar and found the owner was a black country man! Scary Mary is the most amazing cook! Looking forward to our next visit, thanks for making us so welcome.

This is the place u need to go for good food an honest service n happy place to be the greeting n service is great u feel welcome and looked after it is a proper pub n atmosphere nothing fancy but proper care n a great atmosphere nothing too much trouble x

Great Olde Worlde Village pub. Made to feel very welcome by both staff and regulars. Excellent beer at the right price. Lots of free parking. Delightful.

We are new to the area and ventured out for a evening meal here. We were made to feel very welcome and the food was lovely and good value. Good old fashioned traditional country pub, we shall return.

Absolutely amazing little pub. Ken and Mary, fabulous Landlord and Landlady. Just got back from a holiday in Somerset. Didn’t want our holiday to end just yet and decided to call in for a nice drink and some food. Mary provided her famous hand cut chips, for chip butties. Perfect end for our holiday.

Fabulous traditional village pub. Both ourselves and our dog made very welcome. Well kept beers and home prepared food stunning, especially the home made chips!! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
