We called here for the first time today as we were passing, it’s not as prominent as most that are near the amusements, this is situated on the right as you make your way from the main bit down to the leisure centre, so make a be line as the fish and chips we can highly recommend, for me I don’t find a fish often that just the spot and is one to remember, today was just that, we will definitely call again and recommend to family and friends for sure! Thank you.

When it eventually came the fish and chips were tasty. Not very busy when we were there and lots waiting for thier food. I think priority was given to counter sales.

Lovely food but pity it looks so dirty especially the two fans over the fryers full of dirty congealed fluff and cobwebs
Dirty towel used by woman battering fish wiped her hand on dirty grubby towel.what was on her dirty apron and then proceeded to put fish in fryer never washed her hands bad hygiene and proceeded to plate food never once saw her wash her hands cross contaminate !!such a shame as food is excellent good value for money think owner should consider closing it down and deep cleaned

Great little Chippy .. service was great .. asked for a lightly battered fish and it was spot on .. proper bread to make chip buttys will definitely be coming in again.

Good service and good food. We sat in to have our fish n chips. A busy Saturday in Cleethorpes in May and thankfully The Leaking Boot is probably just far enough away from the worst of the crowds that we were able to find seats and a table quite easily here.

Excellent. Cooked to order (they ask on entry if you want fish), I chose haddock because, well, it's haddock. Batter was crisp, fish was firm, fresh and tasty, chips just right, mushy peas toptastic. Good value at 8gbp. It's in a nice spot too, looking out over the water. They have seats and tables inside but mine was take-away.

My family & I have been going here for a fews now. This is our favourite fish shop. You can eat in or take away. We enjoy it every time we go. The service was good & the staff are polite.

Perfect fish and chips! Beech views (across the road) and we served and prepared food.
Ideal if you’re after traditions fish and chips by the sea!

Wow what an amazing fish and chips. If you're ever in cleethorpes this is the place to get them!
We enjoyed the chips just across the road sat on the sea front so that added benefit of sea air and no seagulls.
