I orded for a delivery. When it came it was horrible. They must of ran out of hash browns. Rather then offering to change my order they just sent me a sub with egg on. I orded the white chocolate and raspberry cookies and I got which chocolate and nutts. I won't order again
This is an exceptional example of how Subway restaurants should be run. They make sure that all the sandwiches and the treats are well made and served in the correct way. I really enjoy the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendly service so I'd recommend to all coming through the area.
The fries were stone cold, the nachos were a mess, the cookie was stale and the sandwich was gross. I can’t believe I paid £17 for complete crap
Have ordered here occasionally, always something wrong on the sandwich or missing, so much so that Uber have stopped helping us with them. Most notably, switching roast chicken to tikka, luckily we noticed before my allergenic partner ate it. No note or call to ask about swap...
Played music when I was there, friendly staff, apologetic and manager there I think helped lady open the door and with her stroller. Worth a visit as the staff clearly care. Busy for a reason.
Went here today and had A1 customer service! The guy on around 11am on 18/7 was brilliant - friendly, helpful, happy and genuinely seems to enjoy his job. Made recommendations and a really great sandwich 😁 …
