Found tub and cone today while out shopping. The carrot cake was amazing, my husband and i had coffee and cake inside while weather was awful outside. The young staff were lovely and chatty and the service was friendly. Fabulous little find

We had spotted the shop front several times but did not know how to get there by car. We now know you simply take Crouch Road off the roundabout and there is free parking. We stopped by today eager to get an ice cream and when we got there to our dismay they were closed for refurbishment. But, on seeing the looks on our faces, especially my 10 year old daughter, the owner opened the door and asked if we would like to have an ice cream on the house!. AMAZING! Not only did we both get an ice cream but more to the point the ice cream was out of this world. I would highly recommend a visit. We are going to pop back tomorrow as it was so good and treat ourselves. What a lovely old fashioned shop selling quality ice creams with a customer service that shows how much she cares about her customers. A real hidden gem of a shop. Please visit, you will no be disapointed. FIVE STARS ALL DAY LONG!

This place would be amazing if it provided quality croissants, pain au chocolats etc. The Tesco opposite wouldn't be able to compete. A good family business with quirky decor.

I really love it here, the owner is always super friendly, as are all the staff. Ice cream is delicious, as are the coffees. A cosy, homey atmosphere - highly recommend.

It’s a cute little desert cafe with really good freshly made desserts. Loved the nutella waffle that I got there. The hosts are also very polite, humble and caring. Speed is good. Would totally recommend for dessert cravings and they also customise on request.

After a just-eat driver let us down, management at Tub and Cone really made up for it with some of the best customer services I have experienced. 9:30pm on Mother’s Day and we thought we were going to be left without our order. One simple phone call and the manager had agreed to cook us a fresh batch of food at no extra cost, and even threw some goodies in for good measure.
Food was incredible, portion sizes are generous and all the staff are pleasant! We will definitely eat here again over local alternatives such as Caspers or Heavenly Deserts!
