Dunkin' Donuts

Hours of operation on their door states 5 am to 7 pm.. I tried to walk in to get me a nice warm cup of Joe an the doors locked while the cashiers look at me funny an sticks their fingers up stating lobby don't open til 7 am. Any dunkin I've gone to has drive thru 5 am and dine in 6am or something like that SO FIX YALLS HOURS OF OPERATION ....

Soooo bad. The fat women working the drive thru handed me my coffee as the top came off and started spilling EVERYWHERE. She said she "can't take it back" as it poured everywhere. When I asked if she can get me another cup so I can atleast stop the coffee from dripping she slammed the window and yelled "OHHH MY GOOODD", she disappeared for a few minutes qnd came back with a NEW cup or coffee, went to hand it to me and indeed was leaking. Again i asked for just another cup so I can place my original coffee cup into it nd double stack it and she turns around to her other coworkers and yells "OH MY GOD IM DONE WITH HER DEAL WITH HER" and stormed off. Terrible terrible terrible. Lucky the coffee wasn't that hot or I'd have burns on my hands and a lawsuit.

I really normally don't have an issue with this place besides the wait time but they've hired a new girl and she's not nice at all and she's handed me a coffee every day for a week with it spilling all over down my arms and she closes the window and walks away. Doesn't even offer a napkin. Better customer service skills definitely needed.

Would have been nice to have a sign or an update to their app to show that they weren’t taking walk ins. Went to order an on the go for walk in pickup because it’s faster than drive thru and I went in and pulled the door and someone inside just shook their head at me. No sign on the door, and a 10 minute wait in the drive thru. Won’t come to this one again

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I really want to like this place because the staff is so great and it’s so close and easy on my way to work. Unfortunately my order is almost consistently wrong. I’ve worked in a coffee shop, I know it’s a pain to juggle customers and a long list of things but I come in during slow times and still have issues like long wait times, overcharged for extra items, and missing flavors. Sorry Dunkin, I’ll have to find a new coffee shop. EDIT: Down to 1star. My partner is lactose intolerant and got really sick after being served the wrong milk two days in a row. Service used to be bad but now I will drive out of my way to go literally anywhere else.
