Frustrating to order via app 40min prior to close last night for a walk-in order to have them cancel my order because they have already shut down all the machines, and for it to be the 3rd time in the last two months. Was hope to run on Dunkin’ for my night shift…

I normally don’t complain. Wrong order, my bagel was burnt and the gas station is very run down. The workers have No personality. I will not be going there again.

The lady working the register started counting her drawer in the middle of my order. It took a while, then I was charge $6 for a $3 coffee. This was corrected but my entire experience was slow and frustrating

Coffee is always great, but the customer service is subpar. It’s really a hit or miss depending on the employees’ mood. It is NOT okay to be rude and condescending to your customers, EVER.

Great customer service over the phone. Placed an order for jugs of coffee for a special meeting in Grand Isle, VT. I was traveling from Montpelier, VT. I was to place the order 30 minutes out driving up the interstate. Everything was prepared and ready by my arrival. This is a gad station Dunkin donuts cafe. The in house customer service is good but it can have a line of people waiting.
