It's some time since we've visited the Radnor and it was well worth returning. The decor has been updated in understated Cotswold country style, with tools from the original Forge adorning the walls. The menu offered plenty of choices, far from your run of the mill pub food. Even for someone with gluten and soya intolerances like me, there were choices to be had. My starter was a fresh and refreshing crayfish salad, with just the right balance of fruit and dressing, whilst the OH had lamb koftas, which went down a treat! Main courses were Duck (cooked to perfection according to the OH) and sea bass for me, elegantly presented and complemented by zingy ginger and a delicious crushed potato cake with crab meat. Puds were panacotta and sticky toffee pudding. Given there was hardly even the pattern left on the plate, obviously an all round success. The house Merlot was reportedly very flavoursome.

Had the most incredible Father’s Day roast here today! Honestly cannot recommend enough- service and food was outstanding and apparently the Rhubarb Cider is “lifechanging” !!! Thank you so much for a fantastic afternoon

Brilliant old Smithy turned into an inn in 1949. Can still see the smithy entranceway and chimneyplace (currently undergoing an update). Nice beer and options for food. Small interior, but adequate seating inside and out. Good sized garden. Friendly staff.

We popped into the Radnor Arms after a cycle ride at the nearby national trust site Coleshill as we’d heard they we’re now serving food. The staff were excellent, our 5 year old made fast friends with them. The food was great, very large menu, and served prompt. We will definitely be back again.

Great find after a long walk. There are a few zones which are all very cozy and differently decorated. This is a walk with a warm welcome and tasty food to look forward too. The food was all fresh and well prepared. We'll definitely be back.
