The food is excellent; fish is fresh and fried on request, can't go wrong with a jumbo, and large chips portions are huge!
I didn't give a full 5🌟 because I would have liked the chips a bit more well done. That's just personal preference.
The price is very reasonable. Fed a family of 4 for £16. Cheapest chippy I have had in a long while, and it was better than any locals we've been to in the past 12 months!

Just passing through on the way home from holiday and saw the good reviews. Gorgeous chips and potato fritters, nicest I’ve had in ages! Chips cooked in oil so suitable for veggies!

absolutely spot on, that. the (large) fish was battered for me on arrival into the shop. the chips all tasted fresh, too, and the curry sauce was spot on. couldn't have expected any better, to be fair!

Not really a fan of writing reviews but I ordered a chip butty with cheese with a pot of curry sauce and it was absolutely delicious! Great service and cheap prices for proper chippy chips that is really filling! Will be visiting again, don't miss out people!
