I always go greggs and I always feel so welcomed and comfortable especially by one of the staff members, Laila, i think thats her name. She always goes out of her way to ensure my disabled friend Malaika doesn’t feel marginalised or ostracised for her disability. Malaika feels normal at greggs. I’m usually somebody who struggles ordering due to my shyness however Laila’s smile and voice reassures me that nothing malignant or mean will happen
