Been here a few times and will always go back. Lovely environment and staff - Cool, hip and funky. Naturally, the food is brilliant and of real good value. An absolute must for someone who wants a modern chip shop experience with slight hipster feelings without the pretentiousness!

We love Neptune bar, the staff are really friendly, nothing is too much work for them. The best fresh cut chips in norwich!!!!! and the fish also very good. We ordered Pizzas for my daughter's birthday that we celebrated in a park and they delivered there, al guests were asking where the pizzas where from. Totally recommend this place. Good price.

Regularly order, and it's always lovely. Reasonably priced with plenty of options. Sometimes slow, but they're quite popular, so it makes sense. Overall would 100% recommend!

Normally order for delivery which is great but on the few occasions I have been in to order and take away I have always had to wait ages, even when I can see all the food sitting there waiting. They always seem to get delivery orders sorted first, even though there are always lots of staff. Surely one person could serve the people that come in to take away.

Delicious, fantastic food, everything what I have been ordering is super! My favourite is This BBq chiken special pizza 👌👌 Stuff very friendly, the food coming very fast and very hot. delivery drivers also very polite. Recommending 💯💯💯

living in west Earlham for several years i do not need to travel no further than Neptune Fish Bar Whether its Fish n Chips, Pizza, Burger Dona Meat or Chicken Dona What ever i have is to an excellent standard the staff are also amazing I would highly recomend visiting Neptune fantastic all round Steve
