Really friendly staff, great food ( Sunday roast )
If you're a Newcastle fan, you'll love the decor.
Arrived without a booking on a busy Sunday afternoon in Corbridge but this wasn't a problem. All the staff and manger were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The Sunday carvery was plentiful and tasty at a great price for the offering. Well worth a visit.
Sunday lunch for £12.50 and a nice tasty plate full. Friendly staff brought our dog water without asking then some biscuits. Beer garden at back of pub. Would recommend.

Your quintessential friendly local pub. Good basic food. We had lunch while passing through, but it’s the kind of place to spend a few evening hours while consuming a few pints.
