The village of Corwen is quite a sad place, run down and lacking investment. However this place is a real gem and well worth the effort to visit. Food was exceptional and the owner/manager very accommodating and friendly. The lady waitress could be a bit more cheerful but perhaps she was just having a bad day. Overall though, superb!
