I've always enjoyed my visits to different parts of Caffè Nero including the one which is in my old stomping ground of Coulsdon!

Every time I go to this Nero, the staff is smiley, welcoming, happy to serve me, present me with different options and checking that they got right what I asked for before paying. The atmosphere is cosy and it is a spacious cafe.

Lack of soft furnishings and a busy Saturday afternoon meant it was quite noisy. However the coffee was excellent, the chocolate fudge cake moist and delicious and the service from the batistas friendly and efficient.

I love a good neros coffee.. this store has friendly staff and nice and clean too, store is a little smaller than some but not always busy also they have outdorr seats if you smoke/wait for bus

Glad they have a new manager at our local Nero’s. We are always popping into Coulsdon. The Barista’s are always helpful and make our chosen style of drinks as requested. Keep up the Good work .

Lovely service from friendly staff! The store is clean, presentable and bright. The decor is a little outdated and the store is need of a refurb as the artwork looks tired and worn. The staff are lovely and always serve with a smile! A great selection of hot and cold drinks/food. Uber Eats delivery is also very speedy too. A good spot to enjoy a quiet lunch if you’re passing through Coulsdon!
