Visited cafe nero with my god mum today and the lovely beautiful foreign female Staff member who’s served me a few times in the past and today is such a wonderful person kind caring helpful staff member. Kindly gave me a cafe nero token with three stamps although i paid for two latte’s also makes a wonderful latte everytime i go there. Bless her. 🙏🏽😀

Cov’s classic round cafe, so a must-visit place if you’re here to see the modernist architecture. Weird having two service counters as it’s never clear if you should queue in one or two lines.

Decent coffee experience. Been here on all my visits to coventry. Good pricing, conveniently located and most of all friendly servers. Would recommend a visit.

Alright store and good coffee with quick service but no customer toilet. And toilet in the shopping centre closes 30 min before the store closes on a Sunday, which isn’t ideal.

I had lovely and smooth Cappuccino with an egg mayonnaise sandwich. Delicious food and drink with friendly service and atmosphere.
The design of the coffee shop is really unique too with it's cylindrical shape and it being situated in the middle of the Lower Precinct shopping centre.
Definitely recommend for anyone who is spending some time in the area! ☕

Visited today and had the best service off a young gentleman behind the counter. He was so lovely to me and my daughter. She now wants to come all the time. Great service is not always given and he was brilliant.

I’ve been here a few times and they serve really good coffee here! This day I tried a chocolate milkshake and it was delicious! I also had a tiramisu which okay was okay but it taste like it was in the fridge from the day before. My friend had a vegan chocolate cheese cake and a vegan chocolate milkshake and she enjoyed both of them 😍🥹✨💕🌈

This is a great place to enjoy coffee in Coventry. Being round with the prep in the centre works really well and the selection of tables is great. Coffee is Caffe Nero Plus. Barista who served us really knew his coffee and was an amazing guy. Will definitely be back! Photos show an Americano and Cappuccino.
