My go to bubble tea place in Coventry. Its halal if you are wondering. They make best bubble tea in town in my opinion. I strongly suggest the creme brulee with tapioca and other milk tea options. Price is comparable to other places and customer service is good. No seating area unfortunately. I will update the review as I try more flavours. My favourite bubble tea shop! My favourite popping balls and tapioca! Love the lychee popping balls too! mmm mmmm mmmm so tasty. The staff were very polite, respectful and offering to put the straw in my drink since it tears if not done properly š. Deffo recommend. They have a variety to choose from and are astonishingly quick! Very refreshing š Aesthetically pleasing too.

me and my boyfriend love mooboo! the only thing we have noticed is that the popping balls seemed to have changed recently and weāre not the biggest fans of the texture of the new ones, but itās great other than that!
You can't beat a good bubble tea which is why I love this place . Even though it's a chain it's got a wonderful choice of milk or black tea and loads of flavours. About 5 or 6 toppings to add to the tea. They do a couple of snack bars/Chinese style crisps. Nice staff. A couple of tables and tall chairs mostly used while waiting rather than drinking in.
Friendly staff, our daughter loves bubble tea this place is one of her favourites. Good choice of flavours you have to take out . Good portions and very happy to return

A very nice drink at Coventry, the staff was helpful in front of the till, although he wore a mask, he will explain how to order using the steps on the till. It MAKES the order CLEAR and EASIER <3<3
Sometimes the queue was very long (maybe their drinks were good) T_T. He will help us put the straw in the drink. the straw is really hard to pop-in....really nice of this shop and the staff!! But don't forget to keep your order ticket with you!!! They will collect it (they explained some guys will pick our ticket and ask for drinks@@)
In general, The staff and the drinks are really nice, I am willing to wait for the queue as they are the best bubble tea at the centre!!!
I donāt particularly understand why some of the reviews are so bad, every single time i come here it does not fail to disappoint me. Honestly, i have introduced all my friends to this place because there is so much excitement when you go here. I have to point out that sometimes it is a bit difficult to understand the staff, and when we came here first the advice wasnāt particularly great on what to choose, however most of the staff are amazing and the drinks are very addicting. Just to add, everytime i think of trying a new drink iām so scared but with mooboo it always tastes good, thereās not been one drink where iāve had a bad experience. Defo my go to place š«¶
