Spice Central

We used Spice Central for the first time this evening for a takeaway,we did this online,it was so easy to do and we got 10% off,they said it would be delivered in 30 mins and it was,the food was delicious with generous pieces of chicken in the Korma, we had a lovely surprise they sent us free poppadoms and a dip,would definately recommend,thank you xx

Food was very tasty and the service good too. We weren't sitting waiting for our mains to arrive. Complimentary chocolate and liquor to finish. Great touch which you don't get in many places now. Good to see the restaurant and their delivery service was busy for them. Certainly, in these times, money needs to be made. First time at this one as will be visiting again.

Our always go to Indian whenever staying on the island. However this most recent meal left us wanting. Shame to only be given a small bottle of coke and not the usual pint glass. One waiter cleared 3 lots of cutlery from our table (seats 4) when there were clearly 2 of us dining. Then took our drink and poppadoms order. But then did nothing. Didnt get anything until the manager came to see if we wanted to order. (This guy has his hands full trying to sort them out) My partner had his usual meat biryani and myself chicken dopiaza, both not to the usual standard, sadly lacking in their usual flavour. Good size portions still though. Fingers crossed they've sorted themselves out as we will try again in September when back on the island.

This has to be the best Indian restaurant on the Island. Last night the food was hot, tasty, authentic and plentiful. Reasonably priced too! I had the lamb Pathia which was probably the best I’ve had. Abdul the owner looked after us and remained attentive. Despite the restaurant being busy on a Friday night at 19:30 there were sufficient staff on hand to cope. Overall excellent!!
