It is a relief to discover that this establishment remains open throughout the week, contrary to my previous misconception that it had closed.

Lovely English pub and restaurant with traditional black wood beam ceiling features and a bar decorated with lights (see picture). I just popped in as I was passing on a Monday afternoon. I really liked it. Google maps has (or had) this place noted as permanently closed. It is, however, most definitely open.
Amazing afternoon with live music and friendly and welcoming atmosphere ( Thank you Linda, Bar & Kitchen staff :) ) and reasonable prices and good food!!!
