The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The food was as described and well presented. We had a meal not quite right it was returned and new meal was cooked, unfortunately it was slightly covered cooked but they apologised and gave us free coffees and hot chocolates. Would recommend this restaurant in Crawley
This is a classy italian restaurant in Crawley. I had a beer and margaretta this evening. Its good place for an afterwork or dates.
The food is good and the beer is fresh.
The restaurant is also located nesr the big county mall.

The chocolate cake wasn't great. Named 'Prezzos Best Ever Chocolate Cake'. It was more like a chocolate torte! We ordered 2 which was a waste as we didn't enjoy it

Popped in on off chance of a table. Fitted us in no problem. Quickly served and food came quickly. Was hot and tasty. Good value and great service. Great before a trip to the Hawth theatre.

Mains and dessert were both very tasty, I was disappointed with the fried mozzarella, it didn't taste of much and I was expecting the sauce to be hot

After hearing a lot about this Italian restaurant chain, I took my wife here on her birthday. We ordered a mushroom cheese pizza. Initially I was a little sceptical about the taste. Believe me, the taste is unique and different from the regular available Pizzas. Especially, the mascarpone cheese added much needed extra flavour to the pizza.
Ambience is pretty much decent with two floor seating arrangement. Also it had an outdoor table service.
I felt the staff here are simply amazing, they are so polite and kind. Overall,we had a great experience and great food!

Waitress Hanka was very nice. Food was very nice; I tried two new items which were beef Ragu risotto bites and tuna and pesto pizza. Atmosphere was nice upstairs
Went to Prezzo for lunch. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and the drinks were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and would recommend to anyone
Have to say the manager at Prezzo is amazing, switched on, very friendly and approachable… professionalism at its best. Food was great so was the service. This place exceeded our expectations…. Our only complaint… about time they painted the ceiling where they had a leek!
