I stayed here for one night before flying to Italy. The room was big and clean and the bed was really comfy. I ate in the restaurant which seemed to have a really good system of ordering food via a tablet that was on the table. It turned out that it wasn't so good as I ended up with other people's food on my bill and the staff seemed confused about which table to bring food to. The hotel has a shuttle that goes to the airport - I think it cost £4. It ran on time and was an easy way to get to the airport for an early morning flight. I would stay here again.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Courtyard by Marriott London Gatwick Airport for a two-night business trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. One of the standout features of my stay was the room. It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The highlight for me was the dark curtains that effectively blocked out the morning light, allowing me to sleep longer than I usually do. Dinner was a pleasant experience, and I appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on-site after a long day of work. However, one aspect that left me slightly disappointed was the breakfast. While the quality of the food was decent, I felt that there was a lack of variety in the options available. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Ideal for before or or after flights there’s a great Indian not far from the place which is really good food and drink is ordered via table top device. So food comes quickly and easily room throughways really clean. Parking is a little bit expensive, but that’s why you expect from an airport hotel

Just checked in as a package deal including airport parking and wasn't hoping for much than just a bed. Fantastic rooms and the staff are very attentive and friendly. 5* from me and another bonus was they have a restaurant and bar with table service.

The only reason for the low star is due to the lack of shuttle. We liked the details in the room. The curtains were attached on the outer edges to the window frame to keep light out. There were a lot of details like that and extra towels and what not. We would stay again.

The two-Queen room we chose is spacious with a good shower, TV, no view. Amazingly with its location we have never heard a plane flying by! Initially we had disturbed sleep due to noisy a/c that we could not turn off - but reception told us the “secret trick” to silence it!

This was a good option for us with an overnight layover. The beds were not very comfy but clean and there’s a restaurant on the premises with decent food. Overall I’d recommend it but I don’t have anything to compare it to either. But in a pinch, this is a safe choice. 10 min walk to airport or an easy and cheap 3 min bus ride.

Firstly. Big shout out to Jenn at front desk. Helpful, witty and great customer service. The hotel itself is a great location though I think the sign posting inside the airport and getting to the road needs to be clearer. Once you are on the road, it's easy. I slept great which i was worried about since I'm a light sleeper and had an really early flight. Rooms are bit dated (e.g paint peeling, carpet stain etc) but still clean. Defo worth it if you have a flight next day and would recommend.

Stayed from the 27th May to 28th May 2023. We had a fantastic time, yet again. Spent one night. We literally couldn't wait to get to the hotel. The receptionist on duty was so polite and welcoming. The shower was so so good, slight damage to the shower tube where water was come threw. The bath tap and plug control was broken but still in working order but for me that is minor compare to the success of the room. Good amenities provided including an iron , ironing board, fridge, safe and coffee machine, ice bucket, kettle. The bed was so comfy as usual. I fell asleep after my shower and forgot about the children. Breakfast was perfect. Always enjoyed their vegetarian section. Lovely approach from Natasha at the reception when we we're departing. Great smile and professional. All the other staffs were so pleasant and helpful, especially the breakfast staff.
