This is by far the best Subway that I have ever been to. The staff members are always by far the nicest and most helpful and the food is a lot better quality than other Subway’s.
I have a gluten intolerance and the staff here are very helpful and always take extra care when preparing my sub or salad.
Great demonstration of customer service and always happy to help. I would definitely recommend coming to this Subway if in Crawley and hunting a sub!

Good food, nice selection of breads. Guy serving was very quick and good at his job. Only drop a star as my foot long roll had a cold spot in the middle where it needed another 20 seconds in the oven but minor issue as overall a very tasty meal.
Good food as always 😜 and nice people serving us👍 update. Unfortunately due to my health,I can. O longer eat from this establishment. But I will not stop my family going there as they are always welcoming and happy to help 🙂
I had about 4 different subs to order so had everything written down, I just gave the staff the paperwork and they sorted it all out. Why thy scrapped the online/printable order form beats me, it made multiple orders so much easier.
There's a guy here who's always friendly and chats to you. Top lad. Food is typical subway standard and tastes fine. They don't overcook or burn any of the bread like in some subways. Overall good experience
Great staff & good prices. Nice to see vegan options at last that arnt just a salad! Well done subway for taking steps towards this, more options always welcome 😁 prefer to see cardboard over plastic in terms of dip pots, straws, cup lids etc, but the paper wrapping for food is always welcome 👍
This is my local Subway branch to my work place and I can honestly say I love popping on for my lunch and chatting with the staff. I feel awful not knowing there names but the man in charge and the young lady are friendly easy to talk to and nothing is too much trouble. I'm sorry for not giving you 5 stars, tgat is no dus-credit to the store, hygiene nor staff but simply because of the high count of non-biodegradable products in the store. Plastic bottles, non recyclable crisps packets and no bin for customers means there is alot of litter found found in the adjacent road to the branch. Once again this is not aimed at the tram as they are incredible, highly recommended others to get any meal from this establishment 👍👍
Food is as you would expect from subway, great choice and fresh. Staff are nice, tables always seem clean and you can usually get a seat quite easily. Only downside to this restaurant which can't be avoided is the parking.
