Great spot upstairs away from the crowd. The pastries were nice and fresh, airport prices but not extortionate. Service was good, three likes so it moved pretty fast. The seating space was spacious.
Recommend if you're looking for something healthy, fresh and away from the typical full English.
I transit through this departure lounge almost every month and Pure is the easiest option for me. Good and Coffee are good enough and you can always get a seat. Lots of charging points.
Pret and Starbucks be comparison are far too busy and no better food/drink
Was very surprised to see so many negative reviews. Visited here twice recently for breakfast and really like the place, food and service.
Visited today as it opened at 4.30 and there was a long queue already before it opened.
Service was quick and efficient and we had two porridges (one banana and honey porridge and one anti-oxidant one which had blueberries and almonds in it). Both were warm and tasty. I’ve recently had Pret and Leon porridges at airports and Pure’s is the best in my opinion. Also Pret no longer does plant milk and Pure does.
Lots of tasty looking sandwiches. I’ve had their salads before too and always enjoyed.
I’m a lover of healthy vegetarian food and this is a great place for that.
They also do a number of smoothies (see my photos of ones I’ve tried before) which are normally very nice. Some have protein powder added too.
What a nice experience at pure, a young lady called alex, what a happy person. Very refreshing.. just like the orange juice! Well done 👏 makes all the difference to see a big smile when my flight is delayed an hour
I love the coffe of Pure. Especially when Alex makes it (Gatwick airport north terminal airside) she makes the best soya vanilla latte. 5 stars to her work. I come here everyday in my break time to enjoy the wonderful coffee , in the presence of such friendly yet professional staff.
I was impressed that they had great value meal deals on. I bought a lock, stock and smoked salmon wrap with a get vit drink and tea, Very tasty. I had my own reusable cup so they have me £1 off my tea. Very impressive. They didn't charge for almond milk either, very surprised. Good quality food and great prices compared to other restaurants at the airport. They need to pay more attention to their customer service and Seating area could be cleaned. I didn't see anyone coming around to clean any of the tables and a few was left dirty and rubbish on them
It was absolutely fine here and a lot of the negative reviews seem a bit unfair. It is a cafe in an airport after all. Service was friendly enough seeing as it was 4am, minimal queue compared to everyhwere else in the airport and plenty of seats and charging points. Food was okay and prices as expected (it was just over £6 for a coffee and porridge). There's also some taps to refill bottles which is nice, but it was very slow and probably would have taken five minutes to fill a litre!
Had the berry and PB oatmeal and it was fairly good. Espresso was average. Service friendly, and they were cleaning tables etc constantly while I was there. Would recommend as a good airport option for sure
I feel for you as you’ve only just opened and there aren’t many people travelling - of course only for emergencies.
Splendid food, unfortunately not a lot of easy vegan ready to-go options in the fridge.
Glad I went for this hot toasted sweet potato/squash number (Sweet potato falafel, butternut aioli, vine tomatoes, broccoli florets and coconut yoghurt) honestly one of the better healthier vegan options I’ve had on the go 👍🏼
Delicious coffee and apple Bircher.
So refreshing to find nice healthy food to snack on.
